2013年7月,四川省突发特大洪水,好人家物业位于金堂县的金沙湾、金码头两个项目受灾严重。业主的利益高于一切!在停水停电、基本生活状态难以保证的恶劣条件下,项目部全体员工冒着生命危险坚守现场,抢运物资,救援被困人员,无一人退缩! 一方有难八方支援,洪水刚退,公司金堂项目负责人第一时间冲进灾区;同时公司增派人手组织繁重的灾后重建工作。以心往一处想,劲往一处使的团队精神,很好的保护了业主的财物,并最先恢复正常工作和生活秩序。2018年及2020年金堂再遇洪灾,我们已是举重若轻,以最快速度恢复了生产。2020及2021年两度疫情,我们严防死守,贯彻执行防疫要求,防疫工作取得阶段性胜利,为维护社区治安稳定和业主安全做了重大贡献。

By virtue of professional services, we have won our customers’ trust, gradually increased the company’s popularity, and demonstrated the high value and high added value of property management.
We are striving to make all of our customers satisfied. By providing scientific, standardized and considerate services, we have won a good reputation and significantly improved the property quality for our customers.
We have provided service for Ziyou Xingcheng project for 20 years. Now the community enjoys beautiful environment, a sound public order, and harmonious neighborhood, and its market value has increased by more than 900%.
We have provided service for Huaxiang Jiuli real estate for 18years. The customer satisfaction rate has reached 97%, and its property value has increased by more than 700%.
We have served Xijun Xianglin for 10 years. We have signed contracts with professional maintenance companies for elevator and fire protection trusteeship, which conserves energy, reduces consumption and prolongs the service life of equipment. In 2010, the project ranked among the top five real estate projects in Chengdu and became a model and famous project in the local area. The property value of the project has increased by 400% to 600%.
In 2010, Jinshawan commercial property, a project we worked for, became a major business highlight in Jintang County for its successful operation.
Our company began to provide service for Baolong Xincheng, the first suburb project we took up, making our first move to develop suburb business. With our good quality property service, the community now becomes a happy homeland of the property owners where they enjoy a beautiful environment and harmonious and loving atmosphere.
By drawing on advanced service experience from the industry, we provide quality service at a low price for Shuian Jincheng. We have not only make the property owners satisfied, but also helped the developer increase its property sales and establish a good reputation. With good quality services provided by our company, Shuian Jincheng project has become a famous excellent residential real estate within two years since its opening. It is now the most economical property that enjoys a good reputation in Jintang County. In 2015, the project was honored as a “Chengdu Municipal Garden Residential Real Estate”.
In July 2013, Sichuan Province was attacked by a catastrophic flood. The two property projects our company provide service for in Jianshawan and Jinmatou were damaged severely. By putting the interests of property owners first, when water and electricity supply was cut off and basic living requirements were barely met, all of our staff stayed with the property owners, secured goods and materials, and rescued the trapped people. We also received timely help that when the flood subsided, the persons in charge of the projects rushed to the flood-stricken areas as soon as possible. Besides, our company sent more staff to organize post-disaster reconstruction and recovery work. By making concerted efforts, we protected the owners’ properties and went back to regular work and recovered normal public order in a short period of time.
In 2018 and 2020, Jintang suffered another flood. We were quite experienced and resumed production as soon as possible. In 2020 and 2021, we took strict precautions against the Co-vid 19, implemented the epidemic prevention requirements, achieved phased victory in the epidemic prevention work, and made contributions to maintain the public security and community stability and the safety of the owners.
When facing such a big disaster, our staff showed their responsibility and good moral character, and they were recognized and highly spoken of by the property owners and all sectors of society.
The honors we received and the achievements we made are indispensable from our staff’s support and contribution, the property owners’ understanding and trust, and correct guidance of the company’s management team.
